THE WAY WE CARRY OUT OUR PROCEDURES

Selection of our nominees is being made with utmost care. It is based on strict proceedings containing references from previous employers, detailed interview and personal evaluation. Additionally, all seafarers are being examined for medical fitness. Shipowners should also rest assured that our seafarers meet the necesasry legal certification.

We are in strict compliance with the international and local regulatory requirements, such as IMO, STCW, ISM, Flag State, the MLC, 2006 and Rotation of our ex Verba seamen is top priority. The majority of our high quality crew members serve on board our clients vessels for many years.

Either new comer or long time ex Verba seaman, all our on/signers pass briefing concerning the Drugs and Alcohol Policy of Verba and shipowner and get clearly warned about the consequences of such violation or any other misconduct. It is being clearly apparent to all our seamen that both Verba and shipowners have a high reputation, the maintainance of which depends on their performance as well. Regardless of the rank, each seaman is considered as an important part of our companies.

In our type of business, things happen fast and every day welcomes us with a new challenge. We are ready to act on short notice during office hours as well as in the event of emergency, 24 hrs per day.
Quotation for the present year is available upon request. Wages and other expenses are negotiable, provided,however, that the mutual benefit of all parties concerned is protected.
